This course is for all staff and via a workshop style approach and participants will be active and engaged. Content includes reflective, interactive and enquiry based learning activities.

Aim

This training session aims to empower staff to identify how they can create supportive environments, for autistic colleagues.

Objectives

Develop an enhanced awareness and understanding of Autism
Explore specific barriers and challenges facing autistic staff members
Identify strategies relevant to your programme/school/college/ to mitigate these challenges and create a more supportive environment at University of Galway
