Aim

This training session aims to empower managers to identify how they can create supportive environments, for autistic staff in their departments.

Objectives

Develop an enhanced awareness and understanding of Autism
Explore specific barriers and challenges facing autistic colleagues under your management/leadership
Identify strategies relevant to your programme/school/college/ to mitigate these challenges and create a more supportive environment at University of Galway

Target Audience

Managers, HOS, HOD, programme directors.
